And I've discussed with my brother in law who is a degree holding human resources type bloke with years of experience in said job under his man sized belt.<BR/><BR/>It's true. Us creative types are volatile, unruly and at times uncontrollable fearsome beasts. But that's what makes us creative. That's just part of it. And people need to realise that sometimes they just have to ignore us and get on with it.<BR/><BR/>Just like us creatives have to ignore the fact that they don't know what CMYK or Quark is, they think a png file is fine to print and they believe that 'anyone can do design - it's not a skill'.<BR/><BR/>It's what makes the world go around, us all being different.
